Union Pacific Awards Grant to Imagination Library of Will County

The Imagination Library of Will County has received a generous $10,000 grant from Union Pacific as part of their Community Ties Giving Program. The program provides small- and medium-sized grants that align with the railroad’s priority cause areas in safety, workforce development, community vitality and environmental sustainability.

The grant will support the continued success of the free book-gifting program to children throughout Will County, sponsoring 625 local children between birth and age five to receive free, high-quality monthly books delivered directly to their home!

Will County Executive Jennifer Bertino-Tarrant and the Will County Economic Development Foundation thank Union Pacific for their support for the Imagination Library of Will County and their continued commitment to early childhood education.
